G..g..gh...ghost!
So it was a normal Sunday afternoon yesterday. I went grocery shopping with York and Janet at Market Square, afterwhich we proceeded to the noodle shop to eat at Pinelands. The hotpot there is pretty good, except they only have sesame sauce for dipping, and not our normal satay sauce that we usually have elsewhere. Yuck.
Apparently it's because that's how people eat hotpot in some parts of China, and that was where the owner was from, following only the traditional way of serving their kinda hotpot. If you do go there to eat, order the plain soup instead of the hot and spicy one, because surprisingly, the soup is really sweet and yummy compared to the hot and spicy one. Oh, and the spicy lamb satays tasted really good as well!
Anyways, by the time we finished up and was heading back home, night fell. So Janet was the one driving today, and I was going through my bag looking for my garage control. When I looked up as Janet was turning at a corner, I saw this image of a really small woman standing in front of me.
As we got closer, I immediately saw that she was this petite, frail looking, very very old lady with bleach white hair standing in the garden infront of me next to a small tree. When I could see her face (I need to get closer since I'm not wearing contacts), I saw that she was actually grinning and looking straight at me!
Now imagine me looking for my garage control in my bag and then looking up to see her, all this happening within two or three seconds span. Man, I got the shock of my life! You know how when the person driving is turning right, the front passenger would be closest to the edge of the road? Yes, I was the closest to her, she was freaking in my face man!
That was it, I started screaming...

"Oh my fucking gawd, did you see that freaking ghost, what the fuck man, aaarghhhh!!!"
All of us turned back to have a look only to catch a glimpse of the hose she was holding on her other hand, and I realised that it was just my neighbour a few doors down who was watering her plants in the dark and trying to be friendly, hence the smile on her face. Are you kidding me?

Man, you should've seen York and Janet laughing the shit outta me. Hahahaha, hey man, that freaking old lady just suddenly appeared in front of me after I looked up from my bag, of course I was surprised to see her! 0_o
Come on you old ladies out there, please don't ever grin like that again at your age, it is scary okay. Especially in the dark while watering your damn garden. It is not a very pretty sight. -_-" My heart was still beating really quickly when I got home. Yes yes, I admit, she did managed to scare the hell outta me!
