Endings and New Beginnings

"As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your heart broken and you'll break others' hearts. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying by. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, forgive freely, and love like you've never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. you just have to live life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until your face hurts. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back."

-unknown

It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

Every ending is a new beginning. The good times were good while it lasted, and the bad... we dont have to deal with anymore. Thank you for making it sure for me, I wont hold back no more.

Hello world, I'm ready.

And you, I'm ready to take on the world with you.

Gloomy days

taken with a disposable camera during company trip to fraser island 20/12/08

Hello world, this is me, fading away, turning grey.
Still alil catty, still alil impatient, still alil whingy, still myself.
A whole lot more boring, still me nonetheless. :)

My life still revolves around work, missing my loved ones,
and yearning for my old carefree lifestyle.

I miss all my girls, especially my pig whose in neverneverland.
All the way in uk, where I can never afford to visit. :(

Someday, I will walk out of my boring routine,
and have the courage to live as a struggling wanderer.

In actual fact, work isn't as bad as I've portrayed it.
It's challenging, keeps my brain active, my pocket full, and I sincerely do have fun.

I guess a part of me will always refuse to let go of my youthful days,
which holds a big part of me forever.

It's amazing how different life is once you grow up.
Big and tall people now seem so much smaller and fragile.
Adulthood is just so different from what you've pictured it to be.
My fear of losing my loved ones seem to grow rapidly and significantly.
You never satisfy everyone you love anymore.

I think, I'm actually afraid to grow up, afraid to lose my loved ones.
Maybe I'm just feeling emotional.
I know I'm always this way when I write.
But writing is my only outlet as I don't express my feelings verbally no more.

Tomorrow will be a better day,
and I will be my goofy and happy self again.
Till then, let me drown my sorrows and engulf myself in an emotional state for now.

Tomorrow, will be a better day.

Splash away the blues

It's so refreshing diving into the water, splashing around, feeling calm and unnerved again. Been feeling the pressure and frustration taking its toll on me. I feel so restrained and limited, sigh, the choices you are forced to make in life. How do you know which path to walk on or what is right or wrong. Why are there no guidelines or life manuals provided? Sometimes I feel like a blindfolded woman forced to take on a path. As I struggle my way towards the end, I get pricked and prodded on, I trip and I fall, yet I still continue to walk even though I dont know how ardous or long my journey will be. What is it that keeps me going?

Determination, or really, denial or false hope?

The five minutes management course

Lesson 1
A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next-door neighbour. Before she says a word, Bob says, 'I'll give you $800 to drop that towel.'

After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob, after a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves. The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs. When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, 'Who was that?'

'It was Bob the next door neighbour,' she replies.

'Great,' the husband says, 'did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?'

Moral of the story:
If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.

Lesson 2
A priest offered a Nun a lift. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident. After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg. The nun said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'

The priest removed his hand. But, changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. The nun once again said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'

The priest apologized 'Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.'

Arriving at the convent, the nun sighed heavily and went on her way. On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, 'Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.'

Moral of the story:
If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.

Lesson 3
A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out.
The Genie says, 'I'll give each of you just one wish.'

'Me first! Me first!' says the admin clerk. 'I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.' Puff! She's gone.

'Me next! Me next!' says the sales rep. 'I want to be in Hawaii , relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.' Puff! He's gone.

'OK, you're up,' the Genie says to the manager.

The manager says, 'I want those two back in the office after lunch.'

Moral of the story:
Always let your boss have the first say.

Lesson 4
An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing. A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, 'Can I also sit like you and do nothing?' The eagle answered: 'Sure, why not.'

So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story:
To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.

Lesson 5
A turkey was chatting with a bull. 'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.'

'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. They're packed with nutrients.'

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough str ength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree.

He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.

Moral of the story:
Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there..

Lesson 6
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.

The dung was actually thawing him out!

He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Morals of the story:
1. Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.
2. Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.
3. And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

THUS ENDS THE FIVE MINUTES MANAGEMENT COURSE
Pass this on to bright people who have enough sense of humour to take it. :)

Today my desk calendar says...

You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of.
You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.
-Albert Camus

I stared at the quote, nostalgia taking over me again.

I have never really tried to search for my own happiness.
I've only been slaving my week days away to make some moolah to live and be happy.
That doesn't make me materialistic. I'm only being realistic.
I see life the way it is.
Truth to be told, I've always been this way since young.
It may bother you, but that is why we are so different.
You were always prepared for the worst while I always hoped for the best.
Either way, we both weren't wrong.

It made sense both ways.
I try to make the most of what I have and live my life the way it is.
I get upset about things at times but most importantly, I do get over it.

As the saying goes...
If you look at what you do not have in life, you don't have anything.
If you look at what you have in life, you have everything.

So be positive, and try to be happy. :)

I hope that one fine day... you can be genuinely happy again.
And when that day comes, I'll look forward to seeing you again with open arms.

Losing It

No matter what you do, who you're with or what situation you're in, it is so easy to lose yourself at times in life. This can happen even when you're doing good things like making room for improvement, doing what's best for yourself, what's best for those you love and those who love you, the crowd you're in, what you are or what you have to be at work, the materialistic world surrounding us that feeds our physical being, or even just simply being nice.

I feel that most of the time under alot of circumstances, it is because we do not have a choice and have to oblige to losing ourselves in order to attain what's important or best for everyone. We may adhere or be accustomed to the differences in our behaviour, attitude or change in our mindset, and accept that who we are or what we're doing is still very real and true to ourselves, but really, are we?

Or are we really all just losing ourselves due to the downfall imparted by all the burdens and responsibilities we have in life as we grow older? Maybe, just maybe, we're not sacrificing to build a better world for our benefit, but rather, losing ourselves for the benefit of the world.

Weekend Pig Bliss

I feel like making currypuffs this weekend, because my stomach has been sending naughty signals to my brain saying that they need some curry lovin' hahaha. Mom made some the last time she came here, but that was yonks ago. On the other hand, I'm also planning to go to the coast this weekend remember, so hopefully I'll still be able to squeeze this in 'cause I am really really craving for it. I'm such a fatty! All I can think about is food all the time now.

I was planning to make hotpot tonight since I've got everything prepared but found out from bigbadwolf that we'll be going for buffet at Sofitel tonight. Yay, I don't mind...that'll be even better! We'll definately pig out and eat our worth haha.

Well I hope all of you will have a great weekend. This is what I look forward to every single week!

Surfed into this website and found it really meaningful.

When we live and let live, we don't need to criticize, judge, or condemn others. We have no need to control them or try and make them conform to our way of thinking. We let others live their own lives and we live ours.

This simple slogan helps centre us on our own dual recovery and on living our own life in the best way we know how. Live and let live is one of the keys to peace in our lives. When we practice tolerance in our lives we are liberated to work on our own issues. When we use this slogan we end many of the conflicts in our lives and gain the ability to stop new ones before they build into big ones.

It isn't an easy slogan, but it sure is something to ponder about and practice.

Our Destiny

Nearly two years ago while I was still in Tainan, I had to make a trip to Taipei to get my passport renewed. I met up with an old girl friend of mine who used to reside in Brisbane. We were having brunch in Sogo when we came up with the idea of going to visit a fortune teller. Generally, we didn’t have any major problems but we were both curious to know what the fortune teller had to say about us. It would be a nice change from the tarot readers in Australia.

After we finished with our food, we went on our way to the fortune teller. Boy it sure was one hot sunny day. We had to cross a bridge, go through a few traffic lights, walk through little passageways, walked past plenty of shops before we finally got to an old strip of shop lots where the fortune teller was situated. I tried to catch my breath and slow down my breathing pace as we walked into the shop.

It was a rundown little shop that looked like it was around for decades. We were greeted by two amicable elderly women and my friend started conversing in Taiwanese with them. Their voices trailed away as I scanned the shop, and my eyes rested on an old, grim looking man seated before a wooden table. He looked up and stared straight back at me, his eyes piercing into mine. He looked so menacing and cold. He then closed his eyes and turned away, chanting to himself as he tapped his fingers.

After a few minutes, one of the ladies directed us to the table as I expected, and my friend decided that I should go first. Every time the fortune teller asked a question, my friend answered as they were speaking in Taiwanese and I couldn’t understand. He then asked to speak to me personally and my friend explained that I didn’t know how. He exclaimed infuriatingly how insulting it was for a Taiwanese not to know how to speak one’s own language and that I should be ashamed of myself. I looked at him horrified, and retorted that I wasn’t even a Taiwanese to begin with!

The guessing game of my origin then began. He started off with Hong Kong first, then China, then Singapore only to see me shaking my head in reply. “Shouldn’t he know where I’m from since he is a fortune teller?” I thought to myself in disbelief. I then answered that I was originally from Malaysia, not Singapore. He proceeded to ask for my ba zhi (date of birth, time of birth etc.), took a quick look at my right palm, and then moved his thumb from finger to finger, counting away.

He proceeded to tell me about the five elements according to his book and which one I was, and then shook his head and proclaimed what a disaster my life was. My friend was jotting down everything furiously on a paper as he continued to talk. According to him, my health was a concern, my love life was a mess, my studies and careers wouldn’t go smoothly, and my family, oh I can’t even bring myself to type it out. Practically speaking, there was no more meaning to my life and I really have nothing to look forward to at all. He paused to look at my reaction. I looked at him intently. I was totally flabbergasted, my palms were sweating, my friend was looking at me sympathetically, and the fortune teller, well he was still waiting for my reaction. I was just…

fucking horrified! 0_0

He then smiled and started talking. "Fortunately, with the changes that had happened in your life, it's not going to be so bad after all." Phew, you got me there Mister. He mentioned about the major moves I have made moving from different continents, the moves from different houses, and then the little accidents I had such as spraining my knee or ankle, the importance of having godparents, and ecetera that curbed the bad destiny I would have had to face. Most of the things he said was pretty much general and the others, I shall not reveal hahaha.

So basically to sum it up, my love life and health would be alright after all, my studies and career wouldn’t end up so bad, and that my family would still be tight knitted. -_-" Looks like I’m back to square one with not much answers ei. The only important thing he mentioned was that there’d still be many changes and moves I’d have to make in my life and that it would be necessary and be a good thing for me.

My friend was up next and he discussed about her life the same pattern as he did for me, starting off with all the extremely horrible stuff you can never imagine before ending with all the oh-so-good things. Apparently later on, I heard from many other friends who had gone to see him that they all had to endure the same painful discussion, and most of them reckons that he probably does it to all the people. That’s not very nice!

Over the years, I've forgotten most of the stuff he said. He mentioned that I'd definately go back to see him a year later with so much confidence. Well did I? No. I think we're all better off not knowing what lies before us. It's alright for some guidance, but basically our life changes according to the different paths we choose to walk in life. To me I think that your life is in your own hands, you change your own destiny. Most asians also say that the lines on our palms change every five years as well. Does it really? It sure is something to ponder about.

What do you think?

Getting There

Don't fret my friend,
for the journey has only just begun.
Once you notice what's faraway and beyond,
the endless possibilities will then start to unfold.
What's at loss now, will be made up for after.
What's missing now will be achieved, soon enough.
So keep that head up, for when you realise,
there's so much more ahead of you,
and still a long way to go, my friend.

Cheers babe, keep growlingY

Why Do I Blog Tag

I've been tagged, yet again haha, this time by yvonne. (:

What are the six reasons why I blog?

1. I was first introduced to the blogging world by xes. From then on, I became very much exposed to the complicated htmls world, still not coping very well with it haha. It is a very convenient way for me to keep track with what my friends are up to and it sure is much more interestingly illustrasted and written, compared to a short email which prolly only occurs from time to time, and you can be sure of, gradually dies down after a while.

2. Blogging not only informs, but it also prevents the hassle of repeating stories and jokes for a hundred times, which then loses its humour after awhile, haha. I don't have to tell each person individually, which saves alot of time and breath. Of course, nothing still beats one to one conversations, but you know what I mean. ;)

3. It's makes a great substitute for a punching bag, I can vent, be brutally straightforward, abuse the shit out of it, yet have all the this-is-my-blog-so-sod-off rights. It's also a great record of your life, I just need to check back on my past entries to view what I've been up to and it sure is rather helpful when I need to remember specific dates.

4. Since I'm always away from my family, and currently away from all my gurlies and relos, we can update one another on what we're doing when we miss each other on msn. It's awesome when you can share your sorrows and happiness virtually without the need to speak and be physically close. For those in long distance relationships, it's a good source to update on your partners to see what they're doing, what they've been up to, or see how they are feeling too.

5. It also helps when I feel the need to share some things in life, like when I need an ear to listen to, (well eyes for this instant) but do not want any feedbacks of any sort at times. People can then just read, understand, and give me the space that I need instead of darting questioning eyes at me when the darkness in me acts up haha.

6. When I'm rotting from boredom and have killed enough trees from doodling too much, I can write rubbish and pass time here. This way, my personal journal doesn't have to tolerate with this kinda shit, hahaha. I have this habit of doodling and drawing too much after writing entries in my journal.

I think I'll just tag anyone who wants to do this. Any volunteers? ;P

Differences between male and female approach to sex

Interesting theory:

Men fall in love visually, women fall in love mentally.

Most men will be aroused at mere physical sight. Women usually need more than just looks to arouse them; they need to hear and feel a man to get excited.

Men enjoy sex for physical pleasure and sexual release, but most women would like sex to be an act of love between two people who care about each other deeply.

Men usually prefer a fast rush to sex, and come very quickly. Women prefer a gradual buildup, and ther capacity for orgasms is greater than a man's.

Most men absolutely enjoy their lover putting their tongues into their ears, but most women hate this.

Most men have an 'on/off" switch, women usually have a "volume knob".

Women respond to gentler touching, men prefer stronger pressure.

Men will usually decide based on a woman's look, women will usually decide based on how she's been treated.

We are the Walking Talking Lie Detector

Boys, never ever try to lie to us girls even for the slightest things because some way, some how, we'll always manage to find out the truth. And no sweat buddy, we'll definitely bring it up and hit you back right in the face about it. :p

Decisions, decisions.

What is there to life then?

Okay, maybe it's because I'm more of a city girl too. ^_~

This is such a big turning point in my life, I sure as hell can't afford to screw it up man. 0_0

多謝啦~I'm waiting for you.

Will You be My Valentine?

It's that time of the year again, a day when cupid strikes again to bring love to your near and dear ones. It's a time for friends, a time for families, and a time for lovers. Although many people want to write Valentine's day off as a commercial holiday, it has actually been celebrated for hundreds of years.

How did Valentine's day begin?

Legend has it that it started in the time of the Roman Empire. It was when the Emperor, Claudius II, was involved in many bloody and unpopular campaigns. “Claudius the Cruel” as he was called, was having a difficult time getting soldiers to join his military leagues. He believed that the reason was that Roman men did not want to leave their loves or families. So, he cancelled all marriages and engagements in Rome!

The good Saint Valentine, who was a priest in Rome, in the year 269 A.D., together with his friend Saint Marius, defied Claudius and continued to perform marriages for young lovers in secret. When Valentine's actions were discovered, he was sentenced to be beaten to death with clubs and to have his head cut off.

But while in prison, it is believed that Valentine fell in love with a young girl, who may have been his jailor's daughter, who visited him during his confinement. Before his death on the 14th day of February, it is alleged that he wrote her a letter, which he signed...

"From your Valentine"

In 496 A.D., Pope Gelasius decided to set aside February 14 to honor St. Valentine.

There are many theories, but this is perhaps the best known one!

xx

Some interesting bits and pieces:
In 496 AD, St Valentine's Day was declared a day of feasting by Pope Gelasius.
The first Valentine was thought to be sent by a captured French Knight in London, after the Battle of Agincourt in 1415, to his wife home in France.
Women during the 1700's hoping to dream of their perfect lover would remove the yolk from a hardboiled egg, fill it with salt and eat it all - shell included!
During the 19th Century the English would choose the first person they met on February 14th as their Valentine.
America was the first country to really establish flowers as gifts on Valentine's Day.
The name "Cupid" comes from the Latin word for desire. The Greeks call this god "Eros" (E-ross), the god of love.
The apple is sacred to "Venus", Roman goddess of love. It has long been associated with love divination.
In Italy there is an old tradition for single woman to awaken before sunrise to keep a look out for any man to pass their window. It was believed that they would marry this man or someone similar, within that year.
The old country name for the Daisy is 'measure of love' and it is still one of the most popular love tests. Pick off the white petals of the flower one by one whilst saying alternatively, "he loves me, he loves me not'. The last petal will reveal the truth.

xx

That's a Tough Cookie.

Yahoo! pops up everytime I click on my internet explorer. Usually I'd scroll down and click to another webpage before it even starts to load. The connection today seemed rather smooth so for some reason yahoo! loaded up alot faster than usual. So guess what caught my eye when I was scrolling through the page?

Is keeping quiet about something the same as telling a lie?

The
best answer chosen was..

"There are two types of lies...lies of commission where you tell something that is not true so you commit a lie and lies of omission in which you do not tell anything but you omit the truth. Both can be very hurtful and the only way people can make good sound decisions is if they know the truth. Ask yourself if you would want someone to omit a truth you needed to know."

I mean like duh, certainly all of us would say that we want to know the truth. I think the real hard bit is..

knowing when to tell the truth and when not to.

Obviously we'd know what to say when things are black or white, but what about when things are in the grey area?

For instance, what if you're good friends with two people and one of them cheated on the other? Usually, people would say that depends on which one you're closer with since there'll always be a closer friend between the two. What's worse is if you did think you were suppose to tell, and one decides to forgive the other.
In the end, they end up all good and you'll probably lose both friends for telling the truth because one of them are pissed off at you and they influence their partner to start hating you. Or if things turned sour, then the other would wind up calling you a nosey biatch and everyone would blame you for the break up. Wouldn't things turn out better if you stfu-ed? Other chicks would be like aren't we suppose to be tight? You're suppose to tell me everything right! Good god.
Then you have other sensitive issues like if you saw so and so's dad or mom screwing up. Or maybe things like if one of your good friend accidentally kissed your other buddy's car and he/she didn't want to apologise not due to financial problems, but because the other person may flare into the biggest temper you've ever seen and he/she was afraid. But she'd ask if you could borrow her car and get it fixed and he/she'll pay for it so that all would end well.
You know they are nice but you just don't know what you're supposed to say or do. If you told then they'd know you told because you know your angry friend would voice their opinion and you're in trouble again.
What about the case when one or two of your whiney friends are too possessive and are control freaks? You can't tell them to ease it buddy because they didn't mean anything bad. It's so hard to try to tell your good friends things directly without trying to hurt them. But then you get blamed for not saying things outright. When you do they start being indenial and you're at fault again.
So dude, even if I would love for you to tell me the truth, I dunno htf I'm supposed to because you'll have all those dramas unfolding again. Phew. Yes, tell me about it.

Now when they say,

"ask yourself if you would want someone to omit a truth you needed to know,"

I'm just gonna have to say I'd rather start straightening up and try to be smarter myself just so I don't have to think of that question and try to tell you what's going on and die trying to be your good friend aight. That is selfish but hey, I'd try to advise you indirectly to turn the other way before I turn a blind eye to things, but if you're still the same I seriously can't do nothing now can I.

What say you? Isn't it a tough cookie?

p/s: some of the situations stated are just examples.

The Things We Take For Granted.

Dad and I went to the home for the disabled last week. We brought along with us bags of sweet desserts and other donations. Everyone crowded around with a happy face and they were all so delighted to see visitors. They shook our hands with so much enthusiasm, talking and shouting and clapping their hands. Dad left me for a while to talk to the home owner, and I stood there looking around, looking at all the different faces in the house.

I brought the leftover bags along with another helper into the home, and I saw a few of the children lying on the floor struggling to move around. What took me probably a few easy steps took them so much effort just to move an inch. It was heart wrenching just to stand and watch, yet I could only smile and wave to them. They would always be lying there for as long as they lived. Some of them were still so little, how could their parents just ditch them and not visit anymore? Where did they find the heart to be so cruel?

I felt a surge of guilty emotions rushing into me as I walked out of the home to my dad's call. We are blessed, yet we are never satisfied with our lives. These children here are underprivileged, yet they are so happy with all the little things in life... i found it very hard to sleep that night.

Ladies, Listen up.

A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE
...one old love she can imagine going back to and one who reminds her how far she has come.
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE
...enough money within her control to move out and rent a place of her own even if she never wants to or need to.
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE
...something perfect to wear if the employer or date of her dreams wants to see her in an hour.
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE
...a youth she's content to leave behind.
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE
...a past juicy enough that she's looking forward to retelling in her old age.
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE
...a set of screwdrivers, cordless drill, and a black lace bra.
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE
...one friend who always maker her laugh, and one who lets her cry.
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE
...a good piece of furniture not previously owned by anyone else in her family.
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE
...eight matching plates, wine glasses with stems, and a recipe for a meal that will make her guests feel honoured.
A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE
...a feeling of control over her destiny.
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW
...how to fall in love without losing herself.
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW
...how to quit a job, break up with a lover, and confront a friend without ruining the friendship.
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW
...that she cant change the length of her calves, the width of her hips, or the nature of her parents.
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW
...that her childhood may not have been perfect, but its over.
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW
...what she would and wouldn't do for love or more.
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW
...how to live alone, even if she doesn't like it.
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW
...whom she can trust, whom she can't, and why she shouldn't take it personally.
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW
...where to go, be it to her best friend's kitchen table, or a charming inn in the woods, when her soul needs soothing.
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW
...what she can and can't accomplish in a day, a month, or even a year.

Most of all...
EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW
...when to try harder, and when to walk away.
